The FLEA Market at the Custard Factory is on every Sunday from 11am to 4pm – with lots of different stalls selling vintage clothing, craft, arts, jewellery, prints, photos, paintings, etc … and BSutained’s lovely, tasty, healthy food . Birgit will be selling freshly prepared veggie foods most Sundays from now till the end of July and then again after short summer break (from the 20th July till the 16th August) from the 30th August onwards.

Today, I prepared veggie wraps, either plain, or with Cheddar or Feta cheese, which went down really well with the FLEA market public and the stall holders alike. It felt that customers particularly appreciated that their food was prepared in front of their eyes and that the smells of both the toasting flat bread as well as the marinated, roast veg were noticable throughout a bit part of the market. Well, since it went so well, I will be back … next week with even more variety. See you there!
