- enjoying last nite in italy. Very hot. Enjoyed cooking with market fresh veg. #
- fresh green aspargus with a garlic and lemon dip with foccacio … Buffalo morzarello, sicilian baby toms, fragrant basil #
- ciao ciao .. back from lovely italy. but nice to be back … getting ready 2 cater 4 sam and graham’s wedding happening on Saturday in Devon #
- good night everyone. better go to bed to fresh and well for starting the prep for the catering of sam and graham’s wedding. nightinight #
- right, am on my way with wedding catering for saturday; am really looking 4ward to it .. lots of great produce, most of it local & organic! #

- in the midst of cooking, so far done these dips & spreads: mint and garlic. chillie. garlic and herb, lemon and garlic for aspargus, hummus #
- also done nice vegan coleslaw. getting ready for B special green bean salad, cauli salad, spicy chick pea salad & med potato salad. go! #
- ahhhhh, the wedding food is done – at least what can be done tonight … quick to bed 4 few hours, then finishing off and driving to devon #
