Eager as ever to share her skills, Birgit recently put on a sushi workshop.
Vegetarian sushi
Sushi is sticky rice that has been seasoned with rice wine vinegar and then cut or shaped into bite-sized pieces, it’s usually wrapped with seaweed. Additional ingredients (traditionally this could include raw fish) are used either as a topping or as the centre of the wrap, for example raw or cooked vegetables or tofu.
