- been too long … have not tweeted for ages .. welcome back to all
… hope you all had a nice sunny weekend … # - i spent over 7 hs on the allotment on Saturday; got lots done, it was soooooo nice, but now I am v v achy; in muscles i did not know i had #
- went for a wonderful bluebell walk today … the sea of blue everywhere was enchanting … and relaxing. ready for the week ahead! #
- had a great day working with women at a women’s development centre in Basall Heath doing the ‘5 a Day on a Budget’ course .. #
- did marinated roast veg in tortilla wraps with cheese and chicken style quorn pieces, plus mixed green salad and carrot/dried fruit salad #
- first tasting of foods at 2 schools in north brum was gr8 2 – the children loved their own produce: spinach, rocket & bright red radishes #
- another good day training ‘5 a Day on a budget’ at http://www.sifafireside.org.uk .. participants loved roast veg tortilla wraps! #
