ChangeKitchen is a new social enterprise building on the existing partnership between BSustained and SIFA Fireside, providing first-rate vegetarian catering in the Midlands, embracing different food traditions and dietary requirements, and offering training to the unemployed. www.ChangeKitchen.co.uk Most of Birgit’s energy is now directed to developing ChangeKitchen, which has already been very successful.

BSustained provided the catering at two Arts All Over the Place events recently: at the Crescent Theatre on the 29th June, and at the VIP event at the Custard Factory on the 2nd July.
